PAF has an immediate opening for a data entry specialist. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize tasks, accurately enter data, and be organized. Job duties include:

· Entering customer orders.

· Generating customer paperwork per their individual requirements.

· Answering customer emails and phone calls.

· Verifying packaging, taking measurements and photos in order to request freight routing.

· Following up on missing documents.

· Taking driver calls in regards to damaged and refused freight and generating returns.

· Following up on shipments that are short.

· Ensuring return freight and pickups move off the dock in a timely manner.

This is an in-person M-F position with hours of8-5 based in our Scarborough, ME headquarters.
